1. Wall installation:
①If there is a wooden keel, nail an ordinary large iron nail on the wooden keel from the side of the wooden velvet board that is 25mm thick.
②When the light steel keel has a higher floor height or a higher fire protection level, the use of wood keel may not be allowed. During construction, you can use self-tapping screws to fix a small section of wood spacers on the light steel keel, and then fix the sound-absorbing board on For wood chips, the specific construction method is the same as above①, if it is directly installed on the light steel keel, it needs to be fixed with self-tapping screws.
③If there is no keel directly installed on the wall, you can use super glue to paste directly, if possible, the surface will scatter the nails. White glue and gun nails can be used for wood substrates.
2. Ceiling installation:
① General frame, half frame keel installation mode with mineral wool board, the selection of keel should pay attention to the size of the plate (generally 600×600mm or 600×1200mm) with it, hanging bars than ordinary mineral wool board keel slightly dense.
②The installation method of wooden keel on the top is the same as that of wooden keel on the wall.
③When the top is light steel keel, use self-tapping screws to fix the plate on the keel, and putty should be used to smooth the nail holes before spraying.
